Grok Not Only Generates Child Porn but Was Also Trained On It, New Lawsuit Claims

Oh, THIS is going to be fun to watch…

Musk-owned xAI’s Grok was trained on child sexual abuse material (CSAM), a new complaint filed earlier this week claims. The chatbot has taken significant heat over the last couple of months after Musk personally promoted Grok’s ability to nudify photos on his X account, leading to a renaissance of sorts for online perverts in which millions of nonconsensually created and distributed sexual deepfakes flooded the X timeline. A bulk of these nudification victims were children.
Numerous government probes, individual lawsuits, and at least three class actions quickly followed. Musk had to limit who could use the feature, aka put it behind a paywall and make even more money from it, but the so-called “spicy mode” feature is still available, though more restricted. The legal backlash also recently took an unusual turn when xAI itself sued two of its own users who took advantage of the tool to create CSAM. In that complaint, the company also claimed to have helped arrest at least 244 individuals who created or distributed CSAM content via Grok. […]
In the latest proposed class action, the plaintiff, who only goes by Jane Doe, is a previous victim of child pornography who is tracked by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Child Exploitation Notification Program. She is claiming that CSAM of her as a child was used to train Grok, and as a result led to the creation of even more CSAM of her and other victims, this time AI-generated.
“xAI must be held responsible for knowingly training its models on images of the horrific abuse she suffered, and on the abuse images of every other survivor in this class,” Sarah London, the plaintiff’s counsel and a partner at Girard Sharp law firm, said in a press release.
The complaint claims that xAI intentionally designed Grok to respond to user prompts to create sexual content in an attempt to “entice more users of both X and Grok.” According to xAI policy, anything posted publicly on X and any output generated by Grok is considered training-eligible content, the lawsuit claims, which meant that every piece of CSAM posted by Grok was automatically fed back into the chatbot to refine it.

I don’t know the legal merits or otherwise of this case, but it doesn’t sound good for that Edolf character. Regarding whom…

…that’s the photo of him that Gizmodo chose to run with the article. Which is… unflattering inherently, but in this context it’s downright hideous. Shows what someone there thinks of him at least.

Look who’s back (sort of)

Yeah, that’s a bit of a surprise. I’m not unsympathetic to the idea that if you abandon a brand name someone else should get to use it, though I’m certainly not sure how that’s going to work out in reality, especially if Edolf’s involved. As someone noted in the comments of the above post, though, it’s already having issues…

…and the fact that it appears to be running mostly on AI might be the bigger problem:

And the people running the thing are insisting on people paying for the privilege—hopefully just a one-off fee but I don’t know—mostly to help them pay the legal bills they’re evidently expecting. Twitter Now? I think “Twitter No” is going to be more like the thing…

No, face-eating leopard, not MY face!

Milo Yiannopoulos, a far-right political commentator, detained by ICE

Milo Yiannopoulos, a far-right British political commentator, was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Louisiana, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
In a statement on Friday, a DHS spokesperson said that Yiannopoulos was arrested on Thursday at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans international airport (MSY). The spokesperson said Yiannopoulos “legally entered the country” in May 2019, but that “he chose to overstay his welcome in violation of our nation’s laws”. […]
Yiannopoulos, a former editor of Breitbart News, previously served as an intern for Marjorie Taylor Greene, a former US representative, in 2022, and also worked on the 2024 White House campaign of Ye, formerly known as Kanye West. It is unclear why Yiannopoulos might have been in Louisiana, but Ye is scheduled to perform in New Orleans on Friday night.
Last year, in posts on social media, Yiannopoulos had been supportive of immigration enforcement in the US.
“California needs ICE checkpoints at supermarket entrances, gas stations, strip malls, intersections and government buildings, with on the spot deportation for anyone who can’t prove they are in the US legally,” he wrote in a social media post in June 2025.
On social media on Friday, Laura Loomer, the far-right activist and ally of Donald Trump, claimed credit for Yiannopoulos’s detention and wrote that she had previously reported him to ICE.

AH! I was wondering if Hanrahan’s connections to MTG might’ve played any part in this, even indirectly, and since Marge’s nemesis Loomer is saying she dropped Milo in the shit, I suppose that possibly answers that question. Maybe it doesn’t. Him and her have their own existing beef quite apart from Madge Tadge Gadge. Who cares really, though? This is just TrumpCorp demonstrating what it’s always been good at, i.e. turning on those parts of it that it no longer needs. I don’t know if Milo’s overstayed his visa or what, but he has long since outlived his usefulness to the American right, and this is the thanks he gets… best of all, ICE can now claim they’re not racist cos they’re willing to do this shit to white people too! And one of their own, at that…

Incidentally, this is apparently Hanrahan’s mugshot:

Yeah, that’s a face even the face-eating leopard might push to the side of its plate. I don’t know what sort of life he’s been living since he “stopped being gay”, but it had apparently caught up to him and then some when this was snapped. I mean, no one looks good in these things but he seems particularly rough here… I don’t know, maybe some of us just aren’t cut out for heterosexuality or something.

I mean… yeah

I must say, though so much else is falling apart around us, the particular falling apart of right-wing media of late has been kind of pleasing to watch. Most recently we’ve had the quite peculiar spectacle of Alex Jones challenging Tim Pool to a boxing match, and we’ve also had Ben Shapiro turning on Tucker Carlson, and the whole bullshit with Candace Owens has been unto itself for a while now. It’s been great watching these shitheads carry on almost like leftists.

But Benji Bear versus Malsh Walsh is an interesting new wrinkle, cos the latter is still part of the former’s Daily Wire setup; this isn’t rival organisations going at each other, this is some internecine shit. Per the video by Rashad Crenshaw, Malsh went on the socials raving about postpartum depression not being a thing and Shapiro hit back on his own show basically saying “actually it IS a thing and fuck anyone who says otherwise”. And, you know, this is kind of inherently funny coming from Ben after the “wet-ass p-word” debacle, from a man who apparently believes that a woman getting wet Down There is actually a bad thing, but at the same time this is, frankly, Ben Shapiro acknowledging women do suffer from something Malsh Walsh refuses to believe in because Wammen, Am I Right?, and let’s acknowledge that’s good.

Walsh, of course, is possibly the most revolting specimen to still be publishing under Shapiro’s banner, and one of the most hate-filled on the right in general; there’s another… interesting video here by Youtuber Mickey Atkins in which she covers Malsh going after her specifically while looking at a broader rant about people going “no contact” with their parents, because, obviously, how DARE people set boundaries and so forth, and the mental health industry hasn’t developed anything new in over a century except make families break up, and HEY I’m Malsh Walsh and not a licensed professional but I don’t really believe most so-called “abuse” actually is that, and you might be pissy at your folks when you were a child and yeah they had flaws but as an adult you should realise how good they were, not cut them off, etc. The latter point was particularly striking; it felt like a pre-emptive threat to his own numerous children to forgive his own failures as a parent, which I suspect are many and varied, saying “I might be a misogynistic racist cunt but you WILL love me, and I will send you to HELL before I ever send you to therapy, which I could do with even more than you probably will”…

Whither Walsh, therefore? Cos I can’t see him taking this reproach from Shapiro lightly… someone reckons in the comments he’ll go full Nick Fuentes, but Crenshaw in the video says Matty actually can’t afford to go independent cos those numerous children I mentioned aren’t going to feed themselves just yet. I feel, though, like the relationship is tenuous enough that he’s going to go too far right even for Shapiro… Walsh is already an overt racist about black people but a carefully quiet antisemite, and I suspect that sooner rather than later he’ll come out as a loud and explicit one. I can even imagine how it’ll happen: Walsh will add to his filmography with a new “documentary” called Am I Jewish?, and Shapiro will be down with it cos he has, you know, form in answering that question negatively about Jews he dislikes, but then at the end of the film Walsh will declare him the “wrong” sort of Jew for some reason and Ben will be all “FFFFFUUUUUUU GOY BASTARD” and that’ll be that…

And it’s good night from him too

Yeah, Tim Curry’s checked out too. I saw a number of people say Death got the wrong 80 year old when the news of Dolly’s passing broke, and I couldn’t disgree with that, and now they’re saying it again of him and I still can’t disagree with it. Death’s got one more chance to get it right or else I’m giving the job to someone else who will…

He’s here!

Well, we were promised the Doomlord reprint a year ago, and behold…

…sure enough, this gruesome bugger arrived in yesterday’s mail! Thinking about it, Doomlord might well have been the first horror content I consumed, though I don’t even know if I knew it was called that back then. We didn’t get our first VCR until the mid-80s, so there wasn’t exactly much reason to go the video rental shop and discover things called “horror films” existed before that… Also, note that they’re calling it “volume one”, so I’m guessing they’re confident that at least volume two will follow? Volume one already seems to be out of stock at Hibernia’s website, so… probably? Despite the not-inconsiderable expense (mostly the hideous postage price from Ireland, which I think was several euros more than the book itself), I shall be investing in that too if it happens…
