Matt Walsh: Massive Wanker

Self-described “theocratic fascist” Malsh Walsh is an appalling human being even by the limited standards of rhe modern American right. For example:

Anyway, among his many efforts at being a ghastly shit is a “documentary” called What is a Woman?, because Malsh has problems with almost everything in the modern world but he has a particular problem with transfolk. And why wouldn’t he? Transfolk are the Supreme Evil du jour for the right these days (and an unfortunate number of people on the avowed left too), and there’s money in them thar hatreds. So he made this… thing for The Daily Wire and premiered it on there on June 1, 2022. You know, the start of Pride Month last year. What charming timing. I have not seen it, nor do I feel any need to; I’ve seen enough of what Malsh has to say elsewhere that I know what the video will be like.

Anyway, for Pride Month ’23, he decided to go bigger with it and stream it on Twitter. You know, the increasingly fash-happy cesspool media run by that South African individual with the preposterous wealth. It seemed like a logical move, until…

Whoops. In fairness, I don’t think anyone thought there was still someone at Twitter who cared enough to try and stop this sort of bullshit. That appears to have been Ella Irwin, Twitter’s now former “head of trust and safety”… I say former, because Oolong himself stepped in to make sure that his platform would indeed promote transphobia:

So, thanks to Musk, apparently millions have now seen this fucking thing, and Malsh has an army of ghouls boosting him on Shitter. And I know I said just the other day that I don’t care about Pride Month, but I dislike this sort of bullshit as a matter of course, I don’t need to care about Pride to find Malsh’s timing objectionable. It’d be like Convicted Racist Andrew Bolt using NAIDOC Week to promote Keith Windschuttle. I care about the people this sort of cunt act is designed to attack. Malsh is a piece of shit, and so are his supporters and  enablers, and I wish nothing but harm and pain on all of them.
